How much will it cost?

We offer an instant quote on our booking form.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

 

We provide cleaning products and most equipment.

The only supplies we ask you to provide us is a toilet brush for sanitary reasons, and a 3-step ladder if required.
We would also recommend you provide us with your own properly working vacuum for sanitary reasons.

If you would like us to use your cleaning products and equipment please leave a comment on the booking form.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can request special tasks on the booking form.
Or if you already booked you can login to your existing account and modify your booking by adding a comment or note.

Feel free to tell us if you want to make sure a certain area is cleaned or if we should avoid any areas that may have antiques and other fragile items.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaners are interviewed in-person, background checked, reference checked, experienced, professional, well-trained, and highly rated by our customers.

How do I create a No Stress Maid Account?

After completing a booking, an account will be automatically created for you. Then an email will be sent to the email you provided us with a link to reset the password for your new account.

All it takes is 60 seconds to start your stress free experience!

Pricing & Policies

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong please report it within 24 hours of the completed service.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We want you to be 200% satisfied with our service! If you’re not happy with our service, we will come back to fix what we didn’t do — for free! If you’re still not happy with our service after your re-clean then we will offer a refund.

We will send you a follow up email to review the service provided and the cleaner who provided it. Feel free to leave constructive feedback so we can provide you with an even better experience during your next appointment!

Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a re-clean being accepted. A re-clean will offered if you notify us of your dissatisfaction 24 hours from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. No refund will be offered if a re-clean is denied.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I combine a coupon with other deals?

A coupon cannot be applied to a recurring discount or other promotional deals such as other coupons, discount codes, promo codes, groupons, yelp vouchers.
A coupon can be used with a gift card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5:00PM the day before service to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding. Our service agreement can be found here.
